Here, you can enjoy local treats such as "Saburo Donuts　サブロードーナツ" and the "Shirakami Sanchi Wine Pie　白神山地ワインパイ", made from the grape skins and seeds left over from Shirakami Sanchi wine production.
 
The pie has a unique texture and a delightful sweet-tart flavor from the grapes, with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. Additionally, original Shirakami Sanchi logo merchandise is also popular.
 
The restaurant offers local specialties like "Lamb-Cress Donburi　ラムクレ丼", featuring rare lamb from Fujisato and fresh watercress; "Shirakami Donburi　白神丼", made with Shirakami Sanchi maitake mushrooms and simmered horse meat; and the local favorite, "Horse Meat Ramen　馬肉ラーメン".
